Product Description
Agastache foeniculum: 2-4’ high x 1-2’ wide / full sun / zone 5
This clumping herb is native to western North America. The leaves are simply delicious, having a sweet, licorice flavour; we use them all the time, mainly raw in salads but sometimes cooked in soups and stews. They also make a good tea leaf. You can also eat the pretty purple flowers. The plants are a great source of nectar and are often abuzz with pollinators and other beneficial bugs. They need a well-drained soil to thrive.
