Product Description

Can you really grow almonds in Ontario??  Why yes, yes you can.  We picked almonds from a farm near Wingham and germinated the ones we managed not to eat, and are now offering hardy almond trees!  These are on their own roots (making them more cold-hardy than grafted trees), and they’re self-fertile, so they’ll produce nuts without a pollinizer nearby.  The nuts are about the same size as commercial almonds, and they’re absolutely delicious fresh from the tree.
