Product Description

These lovely native trees bear the largest of the hickory nuts.  They’re very similar to shagbark hickories, with peeling bark and a deep taproot; they take a while to bear fruit, but once they get going they’ll provide delicious, protein-rich food for decades.  Two are needed for cross-pollination.  Ours are one-year-old seedlings.
