It takes an average of three years before the first harvest is ready, but after that it will bear without much effort for twenty years or more. Grows best with a heavy mulch. Native to Europe. We offer ‘Guelph Millenium,’ which is a highly productive and long-lived variety, developed at the University of Guelph.
